2022 City Club of Cleveland Board of Directors Nominees
Every year, as part of our standard governance procedures, the board of The City Club of Cleveland nominates a slate of directors who will serve a three year term. This is process is laid out in Article V, Section 1 of the Constitution of The City Club of Cleveland, which states:
Nominations may be made for the positions on the Board of Directors in the following manner:
(a) The President shall with the concurrence of a majority of the Board appoint a Nominating Committee which shall prepare a list of candidates for each of the positions of elected Director to be filled. This list shall be posted on the bulletin board of the Club and announced in the newsletter of the Club by the first Tuesday of April.
(b) Candidates may also be nominated by a petition signed by at least ten members and delivered to the Executive Director by the first Tuesday of May.
In accordance with the constitution, we are pleased to share the following nominees to serve a new term on the Board of Directors, beginning July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2025. All of these nominees currently serve on the board and are graciously extending their service for another term.
