Anne Mulcahy, chairman and CEO of Xerox, speaks about turning the company around from rumors about bankruptcy to profitability in a short period of time. She credits this comeback to putting customers first again. Mulcahy became the first female CEO of the company in 2001. She has 28 years of experience at Xerox, working her way up from her initial job as a sales representative.
