Earl Graves, the publisher of Black Enterprise and a nationally recognized authority on Black business development, discusses how achieving equal economic opportunity is a remedy for American's ills.
Graves, who heads six corporations including radio stations and research companies, was named one of the 10 most outstanding minority businessmen in the country by the President of the United States in 1972. He is the recipient of the National Award of Excellence in recognition of his achievements in minority business enterprise. In 1974, TIME named him one of the 200 future leaders of America.
