Raymond M. Robinson of the Canadian Environmental Protection Service speaks on the continental challenges of acid rain. Citing the interdependence of the United States' and Canadian economies, Mr. Robinson warns that acid rain must be treated as a corporate issue instead of solely a governmental issue. Great Lakes communites hold especially high stakes in the issue of acid rain, as the chemical in acid rain have the ability to make lakes unable to sustain life, damage crops, and make drinking water unviable.
