Dr. Helen Caldicott, Founder and National President of Physicians for Social Responsibility, speaks on the medical implications of nuclear war. She urges the City Club to consider nuclear weapons not as a political or economic matter, but as medical issue.
Dr. Caldicott gives a gruesome, detailed account of what would happen if a nuclear bomb were to be dropped upon Cleveland.
