"We're not new kids on the block. We're not rookies. We have a history. We have a tradition. We have so much to look back on...to be proud of...to be sad about. We also have so much to look forward to." – Carmen A. Policy

At the time of this forum, the Cleveland Browns were just 32 days old. The organization was being rebuilt after Art Modell sold the team to Baltimore at the end of 1995 season. The team had no players or coaches, but a new stadium was under construction and the city was anxiously anticpating the team's return.

Browns' Owner Al Lerner and President and CEO Carmen A. Policy give a preview of the Browns return to the NFL, anticpated for August,1999.
