To kick off its 100th Anniversary year, The City Club of Cleveland held a day-long Conference on Free Speech at the Allen Theatre on October 10, 2011. Lauren Onkey, Vice President of Education and Public Programs, moderates this discussion about the evolution of censorship in the music industry. The panel includes hip-hop pioneer Chuck D.
