U.S. Representative, Ohio 16th District. Featuring Congressman Jim Renacci, Ohio's 16th Congressional District. Rep. Jim Renacci talks about his desire for bipartisan work in Washington and the ways he utilizes his business background in politics. He says his political philosophy is the same as his business philosophy: get in, fix things, get out. Rep. Renacci would go on to discuss several pieces of legislation that were products of a bipartisan working group he established with Delaware Democratic Rep. John Carney, including the Employ Act, aimed at allowing states to use unemployment money to train and re-employ people.
