"Family and resource navigators will help engage parents and expose them to community resources." – Eric Gordon

Cities around the country are heeding the research showing the long term positive impact of high quality early childhood education and are creating universal preschool programs. Cleveland has recently joined this movement with the announcement of PRE4CLE, the Cleveland Preschool Plan, that will move CMSD towards a PREK-12 System, with greatly enhanced access to high quality preschool in both public and private settings. Learn what PRE4CLE means for the children, families and our community and how it builds upon the County’s Universal PreKindergarten Program.

Panelists include: Barry Doggett, Rebekah Dorman, Marcia Egbert, Eric Gordon and Mark Sniderman, with Cindy Oser moderating as they discuss the necessity of creating a high quality preschool program in Cleveland in order to provide children the basis of education for the positive immediate and long term effects.
