Cities around the country are heeding the research showing the long term positive impact of high quality early childhood education and are creating universal preschool programs. Cleveland has recently joined this movement with the announcement of PRE4CLE, the Cleveland Preschool Plan, that will move CMSD towards a PREK-12 System, with greatly enhanced access to high quality preschool in both public and private settings.
