Public Education in Ohio: Thorough, Efficient and World Class?

Fifty percent of the Ohio’s General Revenue fund is spent on education, yet far too many children languish in poor performing schools, fail to graduate or graduate without the skills to be successful in college or a career. What can we do to assure every child has access to a high quality education?
