Times have certainly changed. In 1936, Cleveland was the sixth largest city - an emerging industrial giant with a population of more than 900,000 people. There was no television news, no Internet and no social media.
Today Cleveland may be the 45th largest city, but it is on the cusp of a resurgence, both physically and economically.
