"Immigration law is somewhat of a different animal in that laws don't always apply in the same way." – Jonathan Adler

President Trump on Friday issued an Executive Order Protecting the Nation From Foreign Terrorist Entry Into the United States. The order was hailed by supporters, while opponents responded with demonstrations, lawsuits and pointed critiques.

Join us Wednesday evening for a free conversation with local legal scholars about the constitutional and legal implications of the president's order and the responses it has engendered.

Panelists include:

Jonathan H. Adler, Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law; Director, Center for Business Law and Regulation, Case Western Reserve University School of Law

Joseph Mead, Volunteer Attorney, ACLU of Ohio

This conversation will be moderated by Milena Sterio, Associate Dean and Professor at Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
