A bipartisan working group – researchers, policy thinkers, former top-level White House and congressional staff from both sides of the aisle – spent the past year searching for solutions that Democrats and Republicans could come together to implement in Washington and state capitals. The group’s proposals aim to create jobs, help people obtain jobs, upgrade skills, and strengthen families and communities.
