Dr. Patrice Harris, a child psychiatrist from Atlanta, Ga. and the first African American woman to serve as president of the American Medical Association (AMA), will talk about the changing landscape of medicine, the economics of healthcare, and highlight ways business and civic leaders can work together to improve the health of their communities and achieve greater equity across the health system. Dr. Harris also will share her personal leadership journey in medicine, including the obstacles she's overcome and the lessons she’s learned along the way.
