"My belief is that you prepare for hard times during good times and good times during the hard times." – Mayor Frank G. Jackson

During the past couple of weeks, Governor Mike DeWine and Ohio Department of Health Director Dr. Amy Acton have signed a number of orders to curb the spread of coronavirus, including a “stay-at-home" order that took effect at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, March 23. The orders, while integral to preventing the spread of the coronavirus, have impacted the state's economy and social services.

Mayor Jackson will provide updates on how the city of Cleveland is responding to the crisis and the measures taken to keep residents safe.

The livestream will be available beginning at 12:30 p.m.

Production and distribution of City Club forums in partnership with ideastream is generously provided by PNC, Chautauqua Institute, Cleveland Clinic, and the United Black Fund.
