Four candidates vying for the two 2020 Supreme Court of Ohio seats participated in a virtual forum organized by the nonpartisan Ohio Debate Commission (ODC).
The topics covered were identified with guidance from an advisory panel composed of two former Ohio Supreme Court Justices, Yvette McGee Brown and Judith Ann Lanzinger, and retired Judge Ronald Adrine. Their involvement ensures the forum avoids content judicial candidates are unable to address due to ethical concerns regarding cases that might come before them. Neither the ODC nor the candidates or their campaigns were made made aware of questions ahead of time.
This virtual event was recorded on Friday, October 9 and made available to the public on Tuesday, October 13.
