On Thursday September 5th, 2024 County Executive Chris Ronayne will deliver his second State of the County address at the newly renovated Atrium Ballroom at the Huntington Convention Center in downtown Cleveland. Executive Ronayne will reflect on the County's achievements, address our challenges, and outline a vision for the future.
There will be live music, light refreshments, and a cash bar immediately following the forum until 6:00pm.

A free virtual livestream of the event will begin at 4:00pm at cityclub.org. No registration is required for livestream viewers.

What time do doors open?
Doors open at 3pm.
The program begins at 4pm.
What do I do with my old tickets?
Your registration has transferred! You do not need electronic/print tickets at the Huntington Convention Center. Your name will be listed on our registration list at check-in. Please forward any additional names in your party to Stacy Holmes at sholmes@cityclub.org as soon as possible so we can update our registration.
I have a table. What do I do with my guests' tickets?
You do NOT have to use your electronic/print tickets from Jacobs Pavilion at the Huntington Convention Center, but we will need all your guest names at your table for registration. Please send guest names to Stacy Holmes at sholmes@cityclub.org as soon as possible so we can update our registration.
How do I submit a question to the County Executive?

How will I know my question is selected?
If your question is selected, City Club staff will be in touch via email.
Are there services available for hearing-impaired and special seating for physically disabled?
There will be an ASL interpreter and designated seating near the interpreter. There is also wheelchair accessibility and seating for those using wheelchairs.
Is there a bag policy?
Be sure to allow extra time for security screening and limit your number of personal items. Backpacks and other large bags/totes are not permitted, please leave these items in your car or at home.
Is there parking at the event? How do I get there?

Where is the Atrium Ballroom? Which doors should I use to enter?
The Atrium is inside the Huntington Convention Center. Please enter via St. Clair Avenue, which is located across the street from the Marriott Hotel.
Will there be food?
Light fare and a cash bar will be available during the post-forum reception.
Will the livestream be available?
The 2024 State of the County will be available on the City Club website live during the forum starting at 4pm and available in our archives after the forum.
