Continuing the Conversation
At the City Club, the health and safety of our guests is our top priority. For this reason we are rescheduling the remaining forums in March and April – however, you can continue to count on your City Club to keep you connected. On Thursday, March 12 we began conducting virtual forums and will continue to do so every Friday as well as other days throughout the week. You’ll be able to watch these virtual forums from cityclub.org and our YouTube channel and participate in the Q&A via text or Twitter.
In addition, the City Club’s staff is working remotely – if you need to contact us, please give us a call at 216.350.5571 or email us at info@cityclub.org.
This response is driven by our concern for your health and well-being, in both the physical and civic sense. In this moment as we adjust to staying home, staying connected to our community becomes ever more important. So, as always, if there are topics you think we should cover in an online forum, reach out and let us know. And to see our compiled (and growing) list of organizations that are helping out the community, read more here.
We miss our members, but we know that we have lots of ways to stay in conversation. We'll be sharing some of our most memorable forums from the archives. And if you'd like to stay connected with us, sign up for our weekly newsletter here. In addition, many of you have been asking how to help support the City Club during this time. As an organization that relies on ticket sales to support our work, we have had to change how we do some things. We're grateful to Mark Ross, Managing Partner at PwC and a City Club Member, who made the first contribution to support Virtual Forums during this time. Mark is hoping to inspire other City Club Members and friends to make their own "Continue the Conversation Contribution." Join Mark and donate to the City Club here or join as a Member here.
